How to Receive
a Sound Bath
A simple protocol for letting the sound do the work
you don't do a sound bath. you let it happen to you.
The Protocol · 5 steps

Come as you are
no prep, no belief required. curiosity is enough. arrive a few minutes early.
2
Get horizontal and comfortable
lie down, blanket, eye cover. the body relaxes deepest when it feels warm and safe.
3
Stop trying
nothing to achieve, no way to do it wrong. let the sound reach you instead of reaching for it.

Let sensation move
tingles, emotion, memory, drifting. all normal. don't grip it, don't chase it.
5
Come back slowly
when it ends, wiggle fingers and toes, take a full breath, sit before you stand.
Run it: exhale longer than you inhale, soften your face, and let your body get heavy.
